11/16 x 1/2 inch gold wheat cross and chalice lapel pin. The back of the pin is blank with a polished finish and clutch back finding. The pins comes carded. The pin design includes a gold chalice on a wheat shaped gold cross. The chalice and wheat symbolize the Eucharist (Holy Communion). The Eucharist is a sacrament of initiation that Christians commemorate through their holy communion to celebrate what happened at the last supper. Bread and Wine are consumed, symbolizing the body and blood of Jesus Christ. The bread (wheat) also represents life.
