Patrick Baker & Sons was founded by Patrick A. Baker in 1965. Natives of Dublin, Ireland, Patrick and Patricia Baker opened their original firm in Hartford, CT where they began as a church supply company servicing many churches in the Northeast. In 1968, the business expanded, adding a wholesale catalog division.

As Mr. and Mrs. Baker’s seven children grew, so did the business. In 1985, a new retail store, warehouse and catalog supply center opened in Southington, CT, where a number of the Baker children became involved in the business.

Today, Patrick Baker & Sons serves customers throughout New England and across the country, reaching as far as Bermuda, England and Puerto Rico. Four of the Baker children work for the company full-time, and two of the Bakers’ grandsons have stepped into the business as well.

Because our company is family-owned and -operated, we are especially committed to excellence in standards and performance. We are completely dedicated to quality in goods and services. We know that quality goods alone are insufficient if they are not hand-in-hand with quick and personal service. We pride ourselves on providing value with quality and service.
